I'm a Kangaroos fan living in Sydney and you guys just don't realise how much I love seeing the Swans get beaten. Thanks Bulldogs....I can have fun at work this week!
BTW: That Number 30 (Robbins??) looks like a great player for you guys. Is this his first year? I don't remember seeing him before.

Matty Robbins actually debuted for Geelong in '96 and played seven games there. The Doggies were extremely keen to get him at the end of '97, and from memory traded three draft choices to the Cats in exchange.
I suppose that most Bulldogs supporters were curious to know just who it was we had relinquished 3 draft choices for - and the expectations of Matty I think were justifiably high. My estimation is that he has played about 35 games for the Bulldogs since '98 - sporadically, due to some indifferent form. However, he's been in the seniors since about round 15-16 last year and really has come on. After the 'big 5' (Grant, Johnno, West, Brown & Darc), Matty would go close to being the first picked at the moment. Disposal had been a problem for him in the past, but there is no doubt that he is now more elegant and reliable in this department. He has always had genuine pace, and a passion for footy that you can't buy. In every platonic sense, I love him!!!!!!!
Enjoy your week Breidis, and lap it up. Having worked in Sydney for a year, I know where you are coming from!
