i know there are a lot of essendon supporters who dont rate this guy, last year he seemed to be a bit behind the 8 ball but over summer he has really done some hard work
his skills, work ethic and fitness have all improved
ive seen him take games by the scruff of the neck in the vfl this year and has consistantly been in the best players
his two games against sydney and melbourne this year were very good considering the time he spent on the ground
i think it was when schwartz turned the ball over, bolton showed great composure to get the handball out to lucas who goaled
i definately think bolts could become a valuable player, he has been let lose in the midfield this year and shined, getting a lot of the ball and taking a lot of strong marks
with caracella now out for a couple and mercuri, misiti, long and heffernan already missing for a couple more this could be a great chance for bolts to really step up and show he is ready for afl football and maybe justify sheeds' faith in him by taking him so early in the draft a couple of years back
