A kangaroo asking this question?? Hmmm i dunno. We will trade if ya wanna? haha.
Nah i think he will play 10 or less games as a Forward Pocket and he wont do that much before retiring with duncan at the end of the year

I was speaking to a couple of Tiger supporters who said Rogers was going to have a big year and I wanted to see what other supporters thought...
Apparently he has bulked up a fair bit and will probably play as smaller marking forward - a foil for Richo and Otto.

The full circle has turned. Rogo did his best work for the club in the forward pocket (albeit prior to 1998).
The half back experiment just didn't work for Matthew Rogers.

I suspect the only work Matthe(W) Rogers will be doing in future will be down at Coburg unfortunately. One of the real shames of the last 10 year at RFC.He was rarely played in his correct position IMO, always forced to take on bit part roles.Much like Phil Egan before him.
Under better coaches he would have been alot more fondly remembered.

As CJH said Matty Rogers has bulked up to play a forward pocket role but his preseason has been interrupted when he injured a calf muscle about 5 weeks ago.

who cares? he is not in our best 22 and if he gets in it is an injustice and stupid keeping a young bloke out but then again danny is silly isnt he
I'd never bag a player like Matthew Rogers. OK, he is no Michael Voss but if each of our players had the attitude and commitment of him...

Rogers has had it tough over the years. He's one of our harder triers....his kicking lets him down though. I hope he can have a good year this year.

I spoke to Mat before the Bulldogs game & he has a QUAD strain not a calf injury as others on here have said.
However he said he will be ready for round 1....:) :D

I'm expecting to see huge biceps on Rogers when he plays. Tiger fans on BF have been saying his arms are as big as his thighs.

I saw him the other day at The Lounge room and I'd hate to disappoint but he still looks pretty average around the torso area. I didn't notice any real change in him unfortunetly.

I quoted what you said before that...
This dud should of been handed a gold watch years ago.
He might have big biceps, but he is still a hack.
You cannot be sober too think he is in our best 22.
