Richmond - we could finish a couple spots higher or lower depending on injuries

I am a passionate richmond supporter and try as i might to find optimism this year i just cannot.
If we finish outside the bottom 3 I'll be surprised.
The bonus of Barry Levinson's ladder is that at least we will have #1 draft pick!

We wont finish last or in the bottom 4 for that matter.
Does he really think Essendon are that good?
Remember last year a lot of people were predicting the Swans to finish bottom of the ladder.

I don't think we can make the eight, so if that's the case, last would suit me fine - giving us a healthy choice of drafts next season.
I don't want to finish last, but i'll be there the following year regardless of where they come.
Of course Sydney were predicted to come last in 2003.
Wooden spooners? How long's it been since we won one of those? I'd rather not have the 1st draft pcik if it comes with a wooden spoon.
No way we'll finish below Bulldogs, Cats and Demons, and maybe Roos. If we finish below the Blues, I will be a feral all year.
It is probably another example of lazy journalism. We are the club most recently in the bad news section and so is fresh in the memory. Problem is that some of these journo's (the non-Richmond supporting ones!) tend to have the attention span of a gnat and change opinions as often as they change their jocks.

My Ladder:
Not in exact positions but the teams in each category should be in those categories somewhere.
Brisbane Will definatly be in the 8
Port Adelaide as above
St Kilda Should make the 8 comfortably (need to mature mentally)
Sydney Based soley on last years form. Big test for Roos this year
West Coast Should play enough good games to make it.
Geelong The cats are on a mission. There will be a few surprises
Essendon More prepared than last year and should do better.
Melbourne Have to have a good year and will. could finish higher.

Fremantle Will be good but will just fall short.
Richmond Will improve on last year, but wont be enough.
Collingwood Mental fatigue of the last two years will catch up.
Adelaide A dying list and will show this year.
Hawthorn All smoke and mirrors no chance.
Carlton Will improve, could get some shock results.
Western Bulldogs More of the same, maybe a few wins.
Kangaroos They just don't seem like there going anywhere.
With the team the Tigers have got, they shouldn't have a problem making the 8.
If they don't sustain too many injuries to key players, they are without a doubt, a real chance of knocking on the door of the top four!
