I get the feeling Roo is not enjoying life as a forward.
I think he needed to be running off halfback in that second half against Brisbane where control of the middle was gonna be crucial
What do you think? ala Carlton?
(Not to say our backline didnt play well. We had some good run by Robran and Hart and then Smart AFTER HALF TIME):D
Roo looks out of water when the forward line looks crowded.
And er ...Go Crows:D
Love to know what's wrong with the Roo. Someone said Chronic Fatiguge Syndrome (same as what Alistair Lynch had), but that's just a rumour.
Whatever it is, I hope he picks up soon.

Even though his 5 kicks and 3 handballs were not normal, Ive been happy with his attack on the player.
I think this has always been a hallmark of his game.
His "Roo like" goal was a gem.
Had he returned 3 straight instead of 1 goal 2 might've given him forward confidence.
And er...Go Crows
:D :D :D
Off half back would be good, gets him into the action a bit more as I dont think we can keep going with revolving the forward structure around him.

I love to see roo in the middle, hes strong, break tackles, got a srong kick, and most importantly, he can smash other players!
plus, what are the odds well see roo deck libba in 2 weeks?:D

If he plays on half forward and takes one of the opposition's best midfielder's out of the game then that could be a deliberate ploy.
For instance this week they will probaly use Sanderson who proivdes a lot of run for them but will find it difficult if he has to watch Roo.
THe midfield is working great at the moment with Goodwin McLeod Bickley Johnson Edwards and Smart
You can always throw him there as a burst player and he is always dangerous up forward
We are winning at the moment. Leave it the way it is.

Top post QT, THE PLICK deserves it!
The way footys played today though, I reckon playin off halfback would do just that put him ( in the middle) where he'd spend 75% of his time crunching "wouldbe" attacks.
Id like to see him ruffle up Sanderson this week AND DECK Bizzel just for good measure:D
And er...GO CROWS:p

What is supposed to be wrong with Roo, anyway?
Did anyone cath the seven sport news tonight? They were claiming to be going to reveal all.
The Roo saga continues ....
Yesterday KG said that Roo will definitely have an operation at the end of the season....then on the news Trevor Jacques said Roo's ok. he's just out of form.
Something fishy going on?
But I reckon the REAL problem is that Roo is pining for Rehn. They are buddies, and I think Rehn's departure has left a little hole in Roo's life.
