Do you rate your side good enough of beating us this week? I didn't see any of your game against the dockers. So I am not sure if they played well enough to beat us this week. By the way, I hope we flog you by 10 goals.

Also, who thinks this game should be at the MCG? Their is no game at the G on the day and I am no fan of floplands stadium. God knows why we are playing any home games at this junk yard. How do you feel about it?

Hopefully our win over the Dockers would of given us some confidence and proved that we can still win games (albeit when we play woeful!).
We'll need plenty of confidence and skill to match with the Pies this week, the Pies are in good form this year and we're only just reversed our losing form but it remains to be seen if our form will pick up to a similar level to the start of the season. I'd be more optimistic being a Pies fan going into this match than a Swans fan! :)
I agree the match should be played at the MCG, after all it is Collingwood's home ground and with there being no other match being played there at the time, there should be no reason why the match isn't played at the MCG.
I haven't been to Colonial yet, I doubt it would ever match the atmosphere of the mighty MCG.

yeah me too - should be at the MCG for sure.

Colonial is not Collingwood's Home Ground and I didn't know Collingwood had any obligation at all to play home games there.

And if the roof is shut then I really will be spewing.

As to how it will go on Sunday, well I'd like to see how Jason Ball goes at the tribunal tonight before making a final prediction, but one fact stands out pretty starkly when looking at the match-ups.

Collingwood is the youngest team in the comp, Sydney is the oldest.

'nuff said maybe ?

We need the midfield to put up a good showing, otherwise Fraser and Buckley are gonna have us for breakfast.

Collingwood are not palying THAT well really, they looked a bit flat and disinterested for most of the StK game. I feel they might be suffering a little bit from "blockbuster hangover' at the moment.

It should be a perfect opportunity for a un-rated and insiginficant team such as Sydney to pull off an ambush here - but I ain't holding my breath.

If Collingwood really come to play then I would say Pies by around 6 goals.

If Collingwood are napping, complacent or otherwise distracted then the margin will be around 1 and a half goals.

If Jason Ball is in the Swans and Collingwood come into the game like the above, then Sydney by around 2 goals.

that just about covers all bases :D I think.

cheers

First, I agree that the game should be at the G.

The area where the Pies have it over the Swans is pace. Sydney have looked slow against a lot of sides this year, and the Pies have pace to burn.

If Collingwood are switched on they should win it. If Sydney play like they played on Sunday, the Pies should win it by 15 goals.

Hopefully a win (such as it was) should give the Swans a much needed confidence boost.
