Anyone who hits a 6 to win a match would qualify, such as Ian Healy in South Africa in 1995 (could be wrong about the year though)
Didn't Kaluwitharana hit a six to win a one day game in Tassie one year off the last ball of the innings?

It was a Pakistani against Australia.
Asif Mujtaba hit a 6 off a Steve Waugh slower ball full toss.

I was at Adelaide Oval when big Merv whacked Courtney Walsh over the Victor Richardson gates on the last ball before tea. That was the test that Dean Jones got 200 (1989 I think). The crowd on the hill went absolutely beserk. I think for memory it brought up Mervs 50.

Ponting V SA in SA a couple of years ago. He hit a 6 to win the match (same ground as Healy I think) and he also brought his 100 up as well.

Stephen Fleming hit a 6 to win the test match against South Africa in Auckland last week.
Other players to hit a six to win a test match (apart from those already mentioned) include Walter Hammond against Australia in the 5th test in Sydney of the Bodyline series and against West Indies in 1934-35, Eddie Paynter for England against Australia in the 4th test of Bodyline in Brisbane, Tiger Lance for South Africa against Australia in the 4th test at Port Elizabeth in 1966-67 and Sanath Jayasuriya who hit the only ball of the run chase that he faced for 6 to beat England at the Sinhalese Sports Club in Columbo in 1992-93.

Ponting's 6 to beat South Africa was at Cape Town.
