Got a massive Spidey, Xmen, F4 and Captain America collection so I've been pretty fortunate in that most have come out or are in the works.
I'd like to see a sequel to The phantom. Thought the first one was brilliant and is underrated by many people.

Thought they would of made a sequel by now, used to like watching the cartoon of The Phantom, and the new one they brought out a few years ago.
Most of the comic books I like have been turned into movies, don't really read many of them.

I'd like to see Aquaman, Captain America, Mighty Thor, Charlie Brown & the Peanuts gang, Wacky Races, The Jetsons, The Fantastic Four, Green Lantern, Hagar the Horrible, Inch High Private Eye, Rawhide Kid, King Leonardo & his short subjects, Mandrak the Magician, Modesty Blaise, Peabody's Improbable History...
What are some they have done?
Cartoon - Flinstones, George of the Jungle, Rocky & Bullwinkle, Dudley Do-Right, **** Tracy, Mr Magoo, Josie & The Pussycats, Scooby Doo, Inspector Gadget, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
Comic - Batman, Incredible Hulk, Casper, Richie Rich, X Men, Spiderman, Phantom, Judge Dredd, Superman,
I like it when they remain faithful to the original (eg: George of the Jungle) not when they completely change it (eg: Josie & the Pussycats), otherwise there is little point in doing it.
Ah, it's been a slow night...

Grendel would be the person here best equiped to make an informed judgment on what would work best.
I'll give it a shot
The Mighty Thor (the very first EGO story, or the birth of the various Earth pantheons as the movie storyline)
Elfquest
The Avengers (the Zemo story where Powerman was created) fronted by Captain America, Hawkeye, Quicksilver & the Scarlet Witch
Iron Man (the VERY early storyline using a challenge from the Soviets for their Crimson Dynamo to compete against Iron Man) yes I know, the premise of the story would have to be significanty updated, by I can see it working well

Heheh.. come on As, you know that 'the incredible Mr.Doll' would be the pick of those Tales of Suspense yarns! :)
Elfquest, yea. Think the Pini's were talking an age back to Henson about it (vague memory of reading an article somewhere). But of course with the late (and VERY great) Mr. Henson no longer with us. :(
Did hear about Keanu Reeves' 'Hellblazer' set in New Yawk :( and Keanu :( as Constantine.
One series that could probably be done and be 'faithful' to the book would be 'V for Vendetta'. Could see the Brits doing that as a mini-series quite well.
Groo, hell YEA! Have to animate Rufferto to do him justice though.
Surfer.. geez.. so 'sixties' I'm not sure that the storyline would transfer.. still love to see it though as it'd rock if done well.
Not strictly a comic/cartoon but anyone think 'Elric' wouldn't be cool to see? With the LOTR just sort of kicking that sort of fantasy into 'mainstream' acceptance an 'Elric of Melnibone' would seem perfect to jump on the bandwagon so to speak.

There are two Comic Book movies I would love to see made into a good film.
1) Green Lantern. Visually it would be a CGI dream.
and
2) Thor. I think that would be sensational. Whilst I'm not a huge fan of Thor, I love the premise and I tihnk it would translate well into film.

There were rumours several years ago that Tom Cruise was going to play Tony Starks/Iron-Man in a feature film.
Not sure what happened though.

way too morbid. Elric is such a downer it isnt funny.
Typical morecock style story - great books, but how would you do it justice in a film?

Ghost Rider. I'd prefer the 90's version because i have nearly all the comics but apparently they want to go with the original. I keep hearing and reading about them making it, and Depp and Cage have been linked but i've got no idea what's happening.

Have remembered an old comic figure that'd translate well onto film-- Dr Strange, now this guy'd kick Harry Potter's arse all over Hogwarts.
I don't know all the Dr Strange storylines, but one I remember was the introduction of the Living Tribunal, this would be an awesome character in the movies

I always thought Y: The last man would make a terrific movie, did read on some fanboy website that some studio is making a screenplay with Shia LaBeoff (sic) mooted to play Yorick.
