What can we do as supporters to get the board to have the guts to make a change before the whole season is a disaster?
At this rate they won't win another game this year.
Today's performance was demoralising, a disgrace!

I've been thinking of calling a vote of all members, surely if the majority of members wanted him gone the board would have to do something!
