Fitzroy Reds Win Thriller

The Fitzroy Reds won a thriller at Park Orchards today and no doubt the Lord Newry is swinging tonight.
We looked gone at halftime but the big rev from Burgs at halftime got the boys firing in the third time led by Chris Meig in the ruck and Ronks at CHF. A classic last Qr just like the the VFL thrillers in days of old and the boys got home by a Pt. A strong Fitzroy support group saw one of the Reds best games ever.
We are at PUNT Rd next week against Aquinas so get down and see FITZROY cement themselves as a 2004 VAFA premiership contender.

This was better than Parkside boys. Yes they'll be there in September. Make sure everyone is at Punt Rd next Saturday to see the match of the day.
Great Fitzroy crowd at Yarra Valley on Saturday, and the Y/V mob called us ferral! Particularly our lady members.
Looks like we will have some more games at Punt Rd but they will be on Sundays.

G'day Onga, I play at Ormond & we'll be hosting the 'Reds in a few rounds time, just wondering, did Yarra Valley play like a pack of thugs? Because all they tried to do against us was give us cheap shots the week before, but we still managed to beat them by 10 goals!
