Most inspirational ruckman and captain Port has known. Was vital to our side in the 80s, and rarely played a bad game. One of the nicest footballers youd ever want to meet, and was heartbroken when he missed the 1988 premiership thru suspension. Fantastic ruckman.

The original player in the history of the game to be a ruck rover. Was 20 years before his time in this art, where Barassi is thought to be the first player to combine rucking and roving. Also played many state games, and had a great combination with Bob Quinn.

Thats a pretty fair line up!!! There are a few people who can feel pretty unlucky not to get in. ESPECIALLY Bomber Clifford, Shine Hosking and Bruce Light.
Clifford was a triple BnF as a back pocket or rover, and one of the best players of the 70s 80s. Shine Hosking was the original star of the SANFL wining 2 Magarey Medals in 1910 and 1915.
Bruce Light i believe is the best wingman ever to play for port Adelaide.
Others who could of easily made it - Bucky Cunningham as a rover, Paul Northeast as a half back, Martin Lesie as a half back, Roger Delaney as full back, Darren Smith as Half Forward, Rex Johns as a forward, Trevor Obst, Tim Ginever as a rover and Ian Hannaford.
I almost died and had a heart attack when it said Dwayne Russell was the back pocket. Seeing as he never once played there and only played about 80 games, i couldnt see how this was true...luckily it was just a damn typo in the paper!
