Genre: Indianna Jones versus Count Dracula
Story line kept me in suspense
Loved the effects
Has the mandatory perve factor
Liked some of the lines .... 'this room smells like a wet dog'
Costumes & scenery were excellent
Anyone else care to comment?
PS - Loved Igor, same guy that pleyed the minion in the Mummy.

Hmmm...now you've got me interested a little bit more.....I wonder if I still get the CREEPS from vampires as I had a nightmare experience once after watching Dracula late at night ...more than creepy hairy spiders and slithering silky snakes which are natures creatures.

Absolutely sh*te.
Waste of money, a waste of two hours.
Worst movie I have seen in a long time. What were you thinking Hugh?

I've heard the same. Absolute nonsense apparently.
It was appalling and just plain unnecessary. A grade rubbish!
Kate looked good, but Elena Anaya looked bloody good.
great example of schlock horror.
Well worth going to see, if you liked Underworld, The Mummy etc

Prat!.... It was entertainment. Why go to see a movie if you are just going to pull strips off it. Why not become a media critic so people can avoid your comments on purpose and stop polluting this forum with your alleged knowledge.
If you are going to criticise 'Van Helsing" then don't bother going to see Troy. It is based on a 3000 year old poem and they build a really large wooden horse - totally inconceivable right? And there is a big fight scene between this guy named Achilles, who is apparently immortal except for one weak spot behind the ankle - that was his mum's fault, and another bloke named Hector, who knowing the war to save his people is futile and unwinnable fights anyway. And the fight scene is apparently fairly long in the movie even though it was over in a matter of seconds, if the Greek Poet Homer is to be believed. Hector thrusts, Achilles dodges and skewers Hector through the neck with his spear.
Once again Hollywood poetic license.
So to all you who pay good money to see a movie and then complain about it - don't go, send your money to me instead, it will be used in a much better venture - keeping me drunk and entertained at over-dramatised Hollywood movies with inconceivable plots and hollow acting.
