No...it's an integrity issue.

BUT getting kids into the system is a different issue. Put enough kids in a team and you can expect lose...as long as you lose for the sake of blooding the youngsters...not to slip down the ladder.

It's a tough realisation when the only way forward is to slide backward. Richmond must do this sooner rather than later.

I don't think it is possible to establish a winning culture by deliberately losing.

you dont have to deliberately lose. you just go with a youth policy and if a player is slightly injured you rest him
