Its your chance to be coach of the Western Bulldogs!
if you were coach what would be your starting 22 in where would you start them. You can choose any player whether they're injured or not.
Lets see how others compare their Western Bulldogs line-up.

HF Smith Grant Hudson
F Eagleton Dooley Gilbee
F Darcy Brown Libba
I Guido Curley Harrison Wiggins
E Jose Cox McMahon
Sorry Dimma, but I preferred the kids. But injuries and someones lack of form would certainly give Dimma a chance to prove me wrong.
Not that set on the positions or who starts on the bench - would all depend on the matchups.
Oops, I had the feeling I had forgotten someone. And I was right. I've made 2 changes since yesterday.
In Wiggins, out Bartlett. In Harrison (don't know how I forgot him), Out : Cox to the emergency list. He's unlucky but I couldn't fit him in.
Ellis, btw, wasn't forgotten. I think he needs a few weeks running around with Werribee as in my view he's struggled most of the year.

B: Robbins Kretiuk Croft
HB: Harrison Penny Hahn
C: Murphy West Johnson
HF: Eagleton Grant Smith
F: Hudson Hunter Giansiracusa
FOLL: Darcy Brown Liberatore
Int: McMahon, Gilbee, Curley, Cox
A couple of obvious omissions. Like k9-54, I'd give the youngsters every chance. Pound for pound, the skill level of our kids seems to be very high. Mitch Hahn's disposal could improve, and I'm sure that it will over time. But he takes a great grab, and that is something you are born with!
I feel for Jose and Dimma, but they simply spray the ball around a bit too much for my liking. Any consistent and serious challenge to Essendon will come from a team with silky skills. Being fast and courageous is essential, but not enough I feel. Few turnovers, and a little bit of magic to intimidate opponents and set the football world abuzz.
Our time is soon.

One from the vault.
Interesting to see how the team has progressed over 5 years. Ditto some young players like Murphy and Gilbee being suggested.

The Uggh Boooooooooot!
Man I wish we still had him.
Maybe we could draft him again this year? Will certainly provide a contest in the Morgan type role. ;)

Paul Dooley in two of the three FF lines. Puts the issue of Darcy's forward credentials going in to '07 in a bit of perspective. :D
i was wondering what was going on with all those old stars in the team, then i realised the date. good to see some of our young guns have lived up to some peoples exoectations.

LOL, I saw the subject and thought someone had created a thread with my username, but then I too realised the date.
Bartlett and Dooley in my Forward line, what the? It wouldn't have been much better the year after either. I probably would have had Bandy and Saunders in it.
