Kane is developing into our best ball-winner, but he just has to be more damaging.

Schofield, on the other hand, must go... how can you keep your position as a receiver when you can't hit the chest.

Keep Gavin in the forward lines. He offers that bit of magic and will earn a few frees to boot. JB (unlucky not to be in the votes) and Surjan to take hiss position in the backlines, the former to also get a run through the midfield.

Chad did nicely up forward, but we can always get White to play a similar role... and we get to keep Chad down back. Win/win. Just have to keep improving the team, and Whitey will always be the missing link.

Wakelin was very good -- I think we'll keep him. On tv, JB wasn't very impressive. Looking forward to the reviews on this board to see how he went. On the other hand, Schoey seemed reasonable.

5. Wilbur -He's already got my vote for members' choice!
4. Tredders
3. Lade -good all round game and a great post match i/v on aa
2. K Cornes

VERY disappointed in Schoey-as usual. We would have been better off with Sala out there. Thought JB was pretty good.

The umpiring was pretty puzzling again-this time for the number of "holding the ball" decisions that were NOT paid against Sydney. Seems like the rules change every week..... It didn't affect the result though.

First and only one for the year I will see live. Jeez it makes a difference.

5 - Tredrea
4 - Wilson
3 - Senior Burger
2 - Kane (I have just taken delivery of the jumper he wore all last year :D)
1 - Kingsley

Tredders looked just unstoppable today, was surprised he only kicked 4. What a machine, what a blessing, what a Monolith.

I dunno, I must be the only one but I didn't think Wakelin was anything too special today, unless he's getting votes as a "special encouragement" award or something.

Delivery to Hall was terrible and not too often. I saw Wakelin do things that could have cost us dearly. Perhaps I should watch the game again this evening to se what all the fuss is about.

5 - Wilson - big bad Barry was like a fish gaping - WFT? Someone flattened me ? :D
4 - Tredrea
3 - K. Cornes - must be more damaging though
2 - Cassisi - Francou Jr.
1 - S. Burgoyne - Ah what a difference position played makes - love seeing his blistering pace running it out of defence

Unlucky - P. Burgoyne, Lade

And Wakelin - ok game at best, Hall got 3 from 9 marks and not much going near him.
And for god sakes why is Schofield still playing ? Cheap possessions that go nowhere are useless. Give me Salopek.

And NO COCHRANE next week!

Kane was probably as good as either Lade, JB or Dom but he's always getting votes. Very important games for those three & the team structure/lineup so they get the votes.

Wakes play pretty well too as did PB.

5 - M. Wilson: Absolutely outstanding.
4 - W. Tredrea: Jonathon who?
3 - K. Cornes: Gets a stack of it, needs to be more damaging though.
2 - B. Lade: Exactly the type of player we lack at West Lakes - highlight was his 60m bomb from directly in front.
1 - D. Wakelin: Commanding job down back.
