Bloody ugly game!
In the end the Vics were probably a little lucky to get away with the win, as WA had several easy chances at goal that they didnt make the most of.
Time for the SANFL to travel back here to Melbourne!

we've played at Adelaide oval the last two times...
Bring it back to TEAC or Optus ovals.. or Docklands (ground level only).
Would love to see the game played at Port under lights.

I thought that a trip to Melbourne was on the cards for the next game.
To stage a game in Melbourne there would have to be NO AFL on that weekend to even stand a chance of drawing a crowd.

Well we over run the Vics in the final quarter but our kicking at goal was atrocious.
How i would love Tuckey to come back to East Perth as he killed us in the first half taking strong marks and kicking well with 4 goals.
Also i would love Dean Talbot back at East Perth as well. He was my best player for the Vics just in front of Tuckey who died off in the second half.
Well done Vics.....
I guess we will be playing Tassie or Queensland next year..... :o

Next week as Pies play Sydney in SYdney and AFL should promote the game.

Dean Talbot was easily the Vics best player S Lawrence still cant kick good enough to get a best on ground.I reckon Sauntner would have bagged about 5 in those conditions.
