Coach- Terry Wallace

Assistant #1- Chris Bond- Isnt he at the dogs?

I hope we get the coach who is will tell us who our assistants will be.

Either Sheedy or Wallace (The only choices)

Imagine Miller telling Sheedy or Wallace who his team would be.

They would bring his own people.

Its hard from the outside to tell who would be good as assistants.

Look at Malthouse' coaching team when he first started.
Gotch,Broadbridge and i cant even remember the other one.

BTW- Sumich has said he is desperate for a senior coaching role next year so brace yourself.

Head Coach - Stan Alves / Neil Balme / Peter Schwab

Senior Coach - Gary O'Donnell

Assistant (defence / ruck) - Shaun Rehn (West Adelaide)
Assistant (forwards) - John Longmire (Sydney)
Assistant (midfield) - Chris Bond (Bulldogs)
Assistant (Coburg) - Rob Hyde (Calder)

I suppose I am thinking of a veteran Head Coach who would be a figurehead and buffer. O'Donnell would run the show but the Head Coach could be left to handle media, contracts, motivate players etc. Could almost be part-tme.

I would keep Flood at Coburg. He is doing a good job - as their on field performances this season show.

Also, he seems to work really well with the younger blokes - I suppose it is also an advantage that Miller thinks very highly of him too.;) :D

Balme just doesnt have the hunger to coach.

Heard him on an interview and just sounded like he didnt want to go through that again.

Sheahan: Sheedy would want his own men, and, most probably, his own recruiting manager Adrian Dodoro

If Sheedy comes then maybe Beck has to work for Dodoro or go elsewhere. And of course we have to pay Dodoro but Becks wage will help there .
