What a shocker, Cold and wet, tuck got some good touches and not a lot else.

Moore dropped mark after mark, Morrison presented but did little (don't know how he got in the best ). Saw Jackson play for the first time - really cannot use this as a guide. he seemed to know where to go but the ball did not get to him. He is a great size and build and if the raps are true he will be a 150 game player at least. Gilmour struggled.

I had better stop as the end result obviously told us that we played badly, and i don't want to bag all the platers.

I just cannot work out what prompted me to drive to ballart and back to endure the game.

Think old style Moorabbin oval days. the ground was very spunging and squeelched as you walked over it. Very muddy in the middle.

I am tipping that Ballarat have not lost a game at home this year and probably won't.

No wonder Joel Bowden has really turned it around since being dropped.

Playing on those grounds looks a real come down from the Telstra Dome conditions.

Dont know what will be worse for some of those players playing in Ballarat in those conditions or the GABBA on Saturday night against the Lions.
