At the match, prior to the start, Slax, FitzroyRamone and myself all had a bash at the Reds winning margin.
I picked 105 points.
FitzroyRamone picked 123 points.
Slax picked 88 points.
The final margin was 198 points! We under-estimated the fellers.
Got me thinking, that over the last eight rounds, we have a bit of a simple comp, attempting to guess the margin. Basically, closest to the margin gets 3 points, second gets 2 and third gets one point. If less than 3 people guess, then its 3 and 2, or just 3.
Anyway, we play South Melbourne this weekend coming, and I pick Reds to win by 90 points. I won't be there, am going up to Inglewood to take notes on a footy club reunion up there.
It's just a thought.
