ok i couldnt post it all at once for some reason so here is the second to bit to the first bit of the mid year review. confused ? dont worry so am i :D
here we go...........we start at rd 4
Rd 4 saw a game against the hawks that i want to forget but my therapist thinks that its good idea to talk about the troubled times, and then i can forget and move on. :p i was in melbourne for this game, with some other people, who shall remain nameless. (but they r on this board and one is a moderator :p ) it was cold. it was wet. it was windy. WE LOST. i had flown for 1 HOUR (yes u heard me 1 HOUR) for that (and many other things) and for an insipid performance and a new fashion statement called a drowned rat :rolleyes:
RD 5 was up against Sydney at the G. we started well with Neita kicking the first 4 goals fo the game, and finished well with robbo kicking the last 3 or 4 to win it for us. thats all we need to know about that. the next week saw us travle abroad once again, this week it was to Perth to play the Fremantle Shockers. this was to be the Woesters 100th consecutive game (god does that man do anything else??? ) we won, and we were happy. but then again we werent getting to excited cos it was only Freo. i mean come on, it was like a bye for us.
We then moved to the MCG for a friday night game against the Doggies. we lost AGAIN, and a lot of people turned the blame to one person, and that person was David Neitz. NOW let me tell u this, being Neitas number one fan, i know a lot about him (some say too much ) and i am the first one to admit when he has a bad game, but this one was for a particular reason. in the first quarter, when Melbourne were playing alright footy, robbo kicked a goal, and of course neita went to congratulate him with a high five BUT Robbo, being the spastic that he is, missed neitas hand can anyone be that stupid??? oh yeah Gerge, but thats understandable cos he is a minder. (sorry to all those minders out there that i have just offended hehe) anyway upon missing Neitas hand Robbo poked him in the eye, bursting a blood vessel, thus making it impossible for the beautiful captain to see for the rest of the night. that with the other injuries made it a shocking night for our boys.
