Sounds like it was a good game out at KGV, too bad I missed it, have other things to do. Salter kicked 5, but was reported.

Don't know what he did, probably get a holiday.

Hobart haven't won on thier Black & Gold (or Gold & Black Ball, now we're in the SFL  ) night very many times in the last few decades - always find a way of not winning.

Glenorchy: 2-0, 3-2, 6-3, 9-4-58
Hobart:..... 3-2, 6-6, 7-7, 8-9-57

Reserves: Hobart 12.13.85 - Glenorchy 7.6.48

Apparently Hobart played all over the Pies to half-time, but were ordinary in the second half (looked spent in the third quarter according to my sources at the ground). The Pies never gave it away and got up in the finish.

A very costly loss for the Barts - that would make about ten 1-point losses for Hobart in the last three or four years. A couple have cost Hobart chances at Premierships.

Apparently there were not many out at KGV today.

Didn't see many when they had the small clip on Win News tonight, it was a pretty nice day today, out that way, I'm surprised not many got out there.

Would of gone, but my mum wasn't feeling well, and there was no other way I could of gone. Oh well, off to The Sh*thole next week.

I went to KG5 and watched the game. At one stage I think we counted 19 people in one of the grandstands!!! If I had to give a count I would have said about 300. Which isn't very good seeing were both teams are on the ladder. With Salters report, I would expect him to get off. Wasn't much in it at all. I've seen him do worse this year. But Southern Tiger your boys put up a great display, and were very very unlucky not to come away with the win. Just like the last game against Noth Hobart we shouldn't have one. Best players on the ground for me were Salter for Glenorchy and maybe No 50 for Hobart (Godfrey?) or No. 22 (Helmet). No. 22 was rock solid in defence!!!!

And come on Porky you have been abit slack latly with not going to games, we might have to take you flag waiving rights off you!!!!!

I was at Kingston last week, not sure how many other Glenorchy supporters were there. I should be at Bellerive Oval this weekend, if the weather is good. Only down the road from where I live, could almost walk to Bellerive Oval. Going to be a hard game for us this weekend.

Kingborough handed Brighton a hiding, great % booster. Good to Hobart up there against the Pies. I think Glenorchy are starting to slip. They were beaten by Kingborough and just got up over Hobart, should be a interesting finals series.

Glenorchy's lack of depth is going to be a worry, this week Millhouse comes back for the Magpies, should help their forward line. During the finals, if the Devils aren't playing we could have Street, Henley, Careless.

Hope the Devils don't make the finals, it would be great to have the best players playing the whole finals series.

Yeah, and I won't have to see Ben Reid play another senior game :D
