5. Schammer - simply because he got the pill 30 times
4. J-Lo - some great marks when we needed them and good work around the ground. His confidence is up and he's playing well.
3. Des - coming into some good form.
2. Pav - first half was great. CC - leave him in the midfield.
1. Bellie - kept going all night. Bloody champion.

Unlucky: Macca, McPharlap (:( :( :( ), and I thought Jeffrey was good in the first half also.

Sorry to intrude, just gotta say how pleased I was with Schammer's game last night. Very similar to Daniel Harris in the way he goes about his footy, and I'm a huge wrap for him. Will be a top three player from the 2002 draft.

Umm,, hard to think amidst my depression.

5. Belly

4. Longmuir

3. Schammer

2. Pavlich

1. Headland

McPharlin would have been in the votes if he'd not got injured.

The TEAM didn't stand up when the pressure was on. We have to get a win in Adelaide or Optus Oval to have a chance.

3. schammer - see IP's justification
2. headland - see 4.

Just got home (1 carton of Beam Cans lighter :( ) and can't beleive the vitriol directed against the team. I think I will give up and follow lawn bowls if I ever get that bad. It is only a game.

Bring on next week already I say and maybe the doomsayers will quieten a little.

I agree, hopefully the team has learned from the experience and will benefit in the long run.

I watched the Black Ducks for too many years as they built to a three peat to walk away now. I'm in it for the hard yards.

Apparently CC got booed at the post match function, I think thats a bit rough, particularly when it was by no means our worst home game of the season.

I'm going walkabout next week, out the back of Ripper's territory, so I'll sort out the votes for the Adelaide game when I get back.
