View Full Version : Woewodin: What to do??
It is obvious that Shane Woewodin is out of form. In fact he has been very ordinary. I think it is time for our Shane to have a little break and go and play with Sandy. He has got to get some confidence back.
Also it is obvious his diet isn't working. It would do him better to be pissed for half the week and eat McDonals everyday. It couldn't do much worse. In reflection it would have been better if he had not won the Brownlow. There is too much pressure on him. Also he is not worth the $400,000 or so he is asking per year, so if Freo take him, I would not be so upset.
(I know you won't like what I have said dees gal!)
He's playing like that so when he comes to Freo you won't be upset.
Seriously if Freo were to go after him or Farmer what do you think Melbourne would want in return?

no i don't like what you said, but sadly, i can't disagree with you... (which makes me sad :()
well, the diet thing was a little too much, he is trying, but for his form, he is playing pathetic! i would agree that a week at sandy might do him a little good, then again, it may do the exact opposit.
i hope he gets back in form!!!

Do you think Haselby, Waterhouse, Pavlich, Bell, Brown, Longmuir, Black are all duds. Freo have some good players but they just dont play well together. On Woey though?? Gee its looking like he will be a 1 year wonder.
Pavlich is alot better than Woewoedin

OK well we will have Haselby, Brown, and Black. Which Longmuir, Troy or Justin, cos remember we had Troy but he wanted to go back to WA to be near his Bro, so we could have both. and no Woey WONT be a one year wonder. :rolleyes:

ok sweety that is crap. how can the 2 compare. Woewodin a midfielder AND a brownlow medalist who has played over 100 games (consecutive mind u) Pavlich on the other hand is a 2nd year player, specialist forward ad played a hand full of games. 2 totally different players so i dont see how u can compare the 2.
Pavlich isnt better than Woey...yet. In the future though Pavlich will be a gun.

see QT that is what u should have said. although i still dont agree with it. thats cos i not a pavlich fan, BUT im not a huge silky fan either.

From the first time i saw him in the SANFl, i always knew he would become a star.
Thank god hes a crow supporter, we may have a chance at him in 2-3 seasons :)

Well sadly Woey has been playing like utter crap if i may say so... oh yeah i can coz Mish isn't here! :p
Anyways i think he needs to get away over the summer and sort himself out real good, a few vodaks a couple of McHappyMeals and he'll be back to normal. :D
Its not really fare to blame him alone, i mean look at the rest of our team they haven't excatly been what you would call GOOD, but i guess as a Brownlow medalist he should be better than he is!

WELL i think it should be, more than a couple of vodkas and some happy meals. i think he should head down to the pub one night, and just indulge. not worry about weighing food, or crap like that. just have a HUGE friggin steak, with a big side dish of Fries, ****loads of beer, then onto dessert. Have the hugest piece of cheescake u can imagine and then hit the spirits. then go to a club and pick up a girl (dumb enough to go with him) and spend the night with her, to see if he can get some action. thats what he needs, to get laid, then all will be ok. :D :D :D :D

Well Woey is out and I really think the rest will do him good. Hopefully he will come back refreshed and ready to go. I really do believe he should have been dropped and now that he is injured, it might do him the world of good.

yeah and it might let his ego deflate a little bit as well. i wonder if his mum will be there, holding his hand. :D she was over in adelaide for the port game, looking after her little boy. :p ;)
