After having to miss the Collingwood game, I am making the first trip to Brisbane for the year for this Saturdays game.
I have a few questions hopefully someone on here can help me with:
1 - What time are the Lions training on Friday?
2 - What is the best pub around the Gabba that has the Saturday footy and a TAB?
3 - What time do the seconds start on Saturday?

I can answer the pub questions for a good tab pub across the road its the aussie nash a bit nicer upmarket pub is the pineapple but its a couple of blocks away

Training is at 3pm at the Gabba on Friday and the reserves game is against Redlands and starts at 3:50pm on Saturday. I'd have to go with lionvoss as to the aussienash hotel too. Footy on tv, TAB and decent food.

If you want a really good feed, then the Norman Hotel is a pretty good spot as well. Only about a 5-10 minute walk from the ground.

If you bring these sort of stats with you, can you take the rest of the year off and go to the remaining rounds!

Well I am up to Sydney this week and again head to Brisbane for the Rd 22 game against the Kangas!
Had an absolute ball, Aussie Nash early and then to the social club. Very good to meet some regulars on the boards(..and particularly one not-so-regular!). The game was the icing on the cake.
