This weeks big game between the mighty tigers and the hawks see us bring back Benny Gale and Daffy.

Arguabaly there are 4 players out from our best 22 in Hilton, D Kellaway, Biddiscombe and Dragacevic.

This are the games we have to win if we want to play in the finals this year. The hawks will be pumped as they have struggled in the recent weeks.

How does everyone think we will go?

sad that people have forgotten how good draga was before his two knee recos. he was easily in our best 22 and at the risk of being ridiculed, i reckon if he had not done his knee two years in a row, he would still be in our top group of players and might have even been considered for captain. he was a young gun cut down by injury. a tradgedy for him and the rfc.
on biddiscombe you have no argument from me, except that he did play a few exceptional games along with a lot of oridnary ones...

Not sure about exceptional games - he was a nice long kick when he got the chance but i would have thought a few (very few) serviceable games at best.

i remember one game where leigh colbert was on fire early for the roos, and bidders went on him and not only cut him completely out of the game but gave us plenty of drive off half back. i also recall him getting a load of possies in a couple of others. otherwise he stank pretty bad i agree.

Not wrong there i thought Draga was a decent player aswell. Pity bout the knees but thats footy playing in the SANFL now and appaerently is going alright.

Biddiscombe was good in 2001 until doing his knee and that was it for him. Unfortunately the same thing happened with Dragicevic and now he is playing in the SANFL and doing well
