Michael Clarke
Jason Gillespie
Ian Harvey
Matthew Hayden
Brad Hogg
Michael Kasprowicz
Brett Lee
Darren Lehmann
Damien Martyn
Glenn McGrath
Andrew Symonds

Interesting to see Brett Lee is in there. Symonds has been declared fit after the injury scare of his.
Good to see Watson gets a look in too, although I am surprised at Hogg getting a spot.
The team will also play the 3-way tournament in Holland.

Every time I look at the county scores, Hogg seems to be making runs and taking wickets.

Not a bad side at all weve got there.
Im going to see the aussies play the kiwis on sep 16!!!
were gonna kill em
"Clarke> Hogg if you need a spinner"
FFS...Clarke has been absolute crap in County Cricket this winter...Hoggy!!! is a cert to play.

Brett Lee will do alright against some ordinary teams in the ODIs and then will be rushed back into the Indian Test squad at the expense of Kasper  Of course, then the Indian batting will belt the crap outta him like a gay brothel gangbang.

No mention of the farce that is Haddin being picked in the Holland series as Gilchrist's replacement
Haddin = Australian cricket's Aaron Henneman

Gee man, very harsh on Haddin, at least he can do SOMETHING, unlike Henneman
Brett Lee as a Test bowler is the better comparsion to Henneman

Haddin= worst gloveman in the world and one of the worst keeper/batsmen as well
Lee= *****
These 2 only get a game becuase they come from NSW and thats a fact
If Lee plays then even the USA could beat us and India will maul Australia over there if Lee plays ahead of Kasper, is the only chance of Lee not getting a game is for him to leave NSW cos he is cr@p and does not deserve a place yet continues to be brought back in, fail, doesnt get dropped, gets injured, returns, fails, keeps spot, gets injured, returns, ??? A pattern here
Compared to better players like Fleming, Reiffel, Lehmann, Elliott, Jones, etc who never got a second chance despite great form, Lee has lost his speed, his intimidation factor he had early and is therefore useless but still plays and treated like the greatest player in Australia,
If Lee returned and played a season of Domestic cricket he would get lost and fail to be in the top 10 bowlers by seasons end, its a joke

Nice to see Brett Lee back in the side.
The runs he'll give away are sure to make for more even contests. ;)
No surprise I guess that 9 of 14 are currently playing county cricket, seems a horses for courses kind of selection.
I'm also going to watch Oz v. NZ on the 16th September, and as a neutral am looking forward to a crackling contest - The NZ team are an exceptional one-day outfit, will give the aussies plenty of run for their money I reckon.

He won't come back, and it'd be wise. He can play for 5 more years if he only plays the Tests. One day cricket has a demanding fixture every year and takes a lot outta ya.
