The latest in a long line of Bulldog supporters was born at Williamstown Hospital yesterday. Lucy Liberatore Rayson came into the world at 6.25pm. Mother, Father and Baby all doing well. :)

Well done, Mrs Local. Time to hand out the cigars, heh Local? Nice of your wife to get it over in time for the tennis, ha ha.
Tell me you are not serious about the middle name, please! I guess it is better than Goran.

Congratulations local and mrs local!
My bottle of Victorian chardonnay will be opened at dinner tonight to toast the new bulldogette, Lucy.
A big Chicago Cubs hug for the Bulldogs' newest member! :p :D

B-1, I am deadly serious about the middle name. She will have another so it will be Lucy something Liberatore we just haven't decided on it yet. I was going to give Harvey the name, but chickened out at the last minute.

3 words Local: Your a legend!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations Local!
My own experience suggests it is a good omen for the team. When my son was born in June 95, he was 8 weeks old before he had to experience a Bulldog loss (admittedly he arrived a day after a loss, and there was a bye and a draw in there). And my daughter was just short of 6 months old before she experienced the pain of a loss (but I guess being born in early Oct 98 helps a that a bit ;) ). Let's hope Lucy can break the record.
And a great middle name. You've got more guts than me - and unlike me, a wife who probably doesn't support Essendon.

You are quite right K9-54. I don't believe in mixed marriages. One of the first things I asked Eve about was her footy allegiences.
I wanted to be sure before I asked her out.
Harvey was born in the State Of Origin weekend in '98. The week after we kicked 11 in the first quarter against Brisbane. Hope that bodes well for this week...

Congratulations to you and your wife, Local! That's great news! And I LOVE the middle name, you should let the little guy know about it.
Speaking of which, I was out at the ground and saw him close up - he is smaller than me! :) There were kids 10 deep around him and he was completely hidden.
