Am I the only one?
A couple of my English friend's have jumped on the Power bandwagon. They went to two games last year when they were out and the Essendon game (r1) this year. My mum even tapes the games and sends them across to them!
I know a couple of the Zimbabwe cricketers were brain washed when they were out playing cricket for Port a few seasons ago and i dragged one of them to melbourne to watch the Wizard cup GF. They usually ask for updates in their emails.
I know there are a couple who post here who are O/S.

Croatia at the moment but onlz on holidays....Janjatina Mat may not be far off though....yum !!! ;)

helped convert a couple of American, japanese and english students from my uni. THey love the game in general and i try and make sure they get to port games only (it helps that we've only lost one home game) so it wasn't that hard when u have a quality team/product. One has even bought himself a beanie and scarfe and has downloaded and read the rules and footy slang

Cool, were you able to convert any Croatians to Aussie Rules, and as such by default becoming Port supporters. (Or do you get that empty look with the accompanying query to whether its rugby?)

BTW I've got rellies in Tokyo too, who are unfortunately cows' supporters-though we've worked on their kids recently! I have English friends, who have just moved to France, who are Port supporters now. They have 5 kids so it swelled the Port supporting population at my kids' Vic school when we were over there. Had more Port supporters there than Bulldogs...... :D

One of my good friends in L.A (USA) has caught a few games, maybe its because i talk Port up a lot that she is now a good fan of them. Always sending her the lastest scores.
