We finally did it! We won in Melbourne! We won at the G!
Gotta say what a performance- tho the 2nd qtr was forgettable!
Notting - what a performance!
and dare I say it - Headland! made a difference when it really mattered! (oh gawd did I just really say that!)
They fought it out - they needed the win, they got it.
Gonna make next week interesting! 2nd v 3rd - and on percentage only!

Yeah great to see that they won a close one, after Collingwood looked like they might come back at us. Notting was excellent, and yes, (I can't believe I'm going to say it too) he did play hard this afternoon when the game was in the balance.

Great win today by the Lions.
Just be ready for the might of the Power when we hit the Gabba next week. We have a pretty good record there and I think this game should be a ripper. I just hope a couple of our injuries are not serious, as we'll need our strongest line up to beat your Bears.

All I can say is YAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! It's been a while since I saw us win at the G and it was soooooo timely, being my last game and all. :D:D:D:D:D YAYYYYYYYYY boys!!!!!!!! We really showed 'em what we can do!!!!!!!!!! Roll on September!!!!!!!!!!! :D
