Hey guys, just wondering if you would be prepared to trade Tarrant for ottens? Not saying it will or won't happen just wondering if you thinkt the trade will suit either club and weather or not you would think it is a adequate trade?

Yeah, i agree Ottens is worth more then Tarrant but it would be awfully tempting if collingwood were to say they are willing to do that deal. Knowing Collingwood they will offer one or two duds and a draft pick or two and expect to have him wrapped up.

No way.

Maybe Josh Fraser, but not Tarrant.

In fact, the red flags should go up if the name Tarrant is even bandied around come trade time. It would almost be a straight out admission by Malthouse that he was unable to get Tazza's mind right.

Tarrant is a full forward who can't kick goals. Ottens is a gun Ruckman! From a Collingwood point of view, Ottens for Tarrant any day.

Would only do Ottens for Tarrent+Richards.

That gives us a CHF and a young ruckman.

richo FF
Tarrent CHF
fit coughlan in the centre
Schultz CHB

could see some results next year

Correct, we DONT want tarrant for those reasons ghost has alluded to. Tarrant would be a lose cannon out of the clutches of Malthouse and McGuire, they're the only two keeping him on the straight and narrow.

Now Josh Fraser, I would definetly consider.

Well, we all know Tarrant is eager get away from Collingwood since the Tania Buckley incident, so why give them Ottens? Hand over Pettifer for him ....
