Does anyone else get find the witch in The Wizard of Oz scary, or is it just me? Last night I flicked over channels from 10 to 9 during a commercial break in the Lions v Geelong game and it was at the part where the girl is in the house and it's spinning around in the air and the lady who stole Toto rides past the window on her bike and turns into a witch on her broomstick, and she starts laughing. I'm not as scared of the actual witch as I am of THAT laugh! Oh,I remember when I used to watch the movie and cover my ears when that part happened. Scary! :o

I kinda get a weird freaky feeling when I see Caesar Romero playing the Joker on "Batman". No, seriously.

I wish I had a good story why, like maybe they played it on endless loop during those years I spent in a Turkish prison. But they just played Charles in Charge.

Maybe not Dave. When they put that fkg raw fish on the breakfast table here in Finland, it scares the sh*tter out of me. ;) :D

Yes I do find her scary, reminds me too much of an ex-gf (in behaviour, not looks).

Even scarier though was Witchy-Poo from HR Puff N Stuff.....not sure if any of you are old enough to remember the show.

No, she doesn't scare me.

But I used to get scared of the witches from the movie Hocus Pocus, especially the Bette Midler one. :o

Nope, but..."Did you ever know that you're my hero....you're everything I strive to be." :( Poor lady, that was the last thing she needed to hear after she died ;)

same :(

It's weird though because I get it mixed up with Hero by Mariah Carey. I love that song.

"When a hero comes along...with the strength to carry on. And you cast your fears aside, cause you know you can survive." :)

"So when you feel like hope is gone, look inside you and be strong. And you'll finally see the truth, that a hero lies in you."

That's such a lovely song that one. :)
