2nd Test, Chennai: Rudi Koertzen and David Shepherd

3rd Test, Nagpur: Aleem Dar and David Shepherd

Aleem Dar? Might aswell have the cheating bloke from the 2nd test last time we were there!

At least it aint like the old days when the local umpires shafted visiting teams in the sub continent .
Every test has neutral umpires .

Don't forget the same old days where any team coming to Australia were screwed over big time.

True, but not to the extent of the 32-1 lbw counts visiting teams faced in Pakistan.

Just to the extent that a nick first ball of the match is not out when an Aussie is batting and a caught behind for an Australian bowler is within 2 metres of the bat

Steve Bucknor and David Shepherd are a worry IMO, both getting on now and making mistakes pretty regularly. Both used to be really good umps, but age has soured their judgement.

Best umps going around at the moment are Billy Bowden and Simon Taufell

Would have liked to see Billy officiate more of the games, The best umpire in world cricket at the moment by a considerable margin.
