Anyone else heard the rumour linking Daniel Kerr with Essendon? Getting Kerr would be absolutly sensational. I'd say we are in there with a rough chance now that we have money to spend. Plus it is common knowledge that Kerr and Cousins don't see eye to eye. The only problem is i don't think the Eagles would be to keen on Henneman!

Kerr and Cousins get on fine - they had a few issues about 2 years ago but they are close mates now.
Kerr isn't going to leave. He has a lot of close friends at the club, and it is commonly predicted our club is on the way to success. He's still contracted for another year and all the rumours based on him wanting to leave are unfounded.

Foxtel's white line fever confirmed that the Bombers were indeed making some enquiries into Kerr's availability

Kerr is 21. He won't be traded however, Worsfold has said that many times since Kerrs name started apperaing in rumours.

If he was to leave the eagles for essendon, id b asking for either Scott Lucas or Kepler Bradly and a pick.

Kepler is slow, ungainly and average skill wise. Not explosive enough to play full back and hasnt the leap or strength to play ruck.

Kerr has sublime skills and can find the pill, exactly what we need. So as i said before, where do we sign?

Didn't Kepler already sign a new contract though?

Indeed he did, we can't trade him. Deal off.

The Kerr trade should still be a viable option. With his current troubles (fraud), and West Coast now trading themseleves out of the 1st and 2nd rounds for Steglein (a surplus midfielder).

Essendon should be able to create an attractive trade: pick 14 and player or pick 14 and 30.

Pill popper, leave him where he is, or in gaol. Give Bradley time. He might be useful when Judd wants to play with a premiership chance.
