Cameron Croad has signed for Hawthorn so he's joining his brother there.... saw him out the other night and he was pretty happy!! Just my mail!.... I don't know if they draft him or how its done but it will happen!
firstly i doubt he has signed anything, i would say that would be completely illegal, we can probably tell him we will draft, or make a trade, and propose a contract with a 'hand sake agreement', but i doubt anything is signed!
also didn't cam retire from footy?

Who could resist the money he could be gettin playin AFL.... Yeh I think they said they'll draft him in preseason! I think Carlton were as keen to get rid of him as he was to leave... so they said he retired to make it look nice!

Would be foolish for the Hawks to draft him. Has minimal talent, and lacking intelligence in footy and life terms. There was a reason he didn't play footy at Carlton this year and it had nothing to do with being his choice or injury. Carlton did not want him around the place due to a number of indiscretions that he was involved with. They in fact even tried to force him to retire early in the year so they could elevate the big irish man onto the senior list.

Oh my god. Hawthorn must be seriously stupid to pick up Cameron Croad.
The guy is a dud footballer, he was dropped to the Northern Bullants reserves even. Love to see the highlights real Croads manager provided. :rolleyes:

Cam has retired.
I was hoping you'd send Trent back to us for a year, and then we send him back to you. So we keep doing this until his career ends.

just a rumour this one.
even if hawthorn did take cameron croad, he wouldn't be a realistic chance at breaking into the seniors anyway.
