have a few e.g. winning premierships but my greatest highlite was batting at the cambermagpies home ground (1's and 2's ground) in dowling (u16 rep comp) and hitting a six over the fence, over the hill, over the bushes, hearing a smash, and i had hit itstraight into the front windscreen of a volvo leaving a nicely shattered windscreen
whats your story
i don't have a story, but that was petty funny
It was the final ball of the grand final. We needed 6 to win, guy down other end bowling 150km/h. He comes in, i prepare myself for a sandshoe crusher, He bounces me. I swing at it not knowing a thing, connects straight off the middle of the bat. It was going going going going... then i woke up. damn!

Jason Swift square cutting The Bull for six at Manuka Oval.
I hit two boundaries in an over against an A grade bowler once. That's as good as it gets I think.
Took 8-22 one day (but could have been better, as the other 2 wickets to fall were run outs).
During that innings, twice I was on a hattrick, and twice the same ******** dropped a sitter at 1st slip.
And somehow we also managed to lose that game!
Never got over that. Have been a bitter and twisted Mofo ever since :D
Twice hitting the first ball faced for 6...
Once as an opener .I knew the bowler and figured he would put it short...just didnt know which side..(bad weakness for the square cut) and it went leg..hooked cleared the man on the boundary at deep square leg by about 6'' ...I looked back down the pitch and smiled
Next time I came in 4 and this young punk was all fired up and I knew I just knew he was going to bowl a bouncer..short boundary behind square leg...the fence of the jail was there  in he came I set myself ..yep ....mid pitch down leg just helped it on its way not much power and cleared the boundary..he took a few more steps down the pitch close enough to hear me say ..''poor ball but brilliant shot''... next one was a bit more sharpish and I defended off my chin..
That was a strange ground and gives me an idea for a new thread

About two years ago playing A Grade as a 16 year old, we were chasing 239 to win. I batted at 5 and we were soon 8/100, and i was on about 30. Our number 10 came in, and just hung around, whilst I hit out. We ended up winnning the match. I made 127, whilst the number 10, who batted with me the whole time made 16. What made it even better was I was dropped on 99 buy the keeper who'd been giving me cr@p all day.

I've had one go the other way.
Under 16 semi-final.
Chasing 240 odd. One of our openers made 150, I made 40 odd and we had a 20 from another batsman. Still wasn't enough to get over the line.

under 14c grade semi final
we were top and we were playin 2nd and we were 1-1 all through the season we made 151 and in what was the last over they were 9/148. there top scorer was 68 and hit it to fine leg really fine and our opening bowler ran across and saved what looked like a certain 4 and they only ran 2. next ball absolute rank full toss guy tries to smash it over my head at square leg miss times it completly i run around to about midwicket and slide on my knees and catch it to put us into the granny by 1 run. best thing about it was my coach jumpin the fence and sprinting to the middle with his sandals on

also one day on a subbies 3's and 4's ground at elsternwick there is a average size palm tree leaining side ways, and the bloke put one on my legs, i timed it well and it whent flat over the fence at backward square and straight into the palm tree. i calmly whent and sat on a chair and let the whole of the other team look for the ball. half an hour later they found it and we were back on.
hitting a 4 on the last ball of the match to clinch victory in the GPS schools comp over Riverview :D
