Apologies to all of our non-Vic posters who don't have access to our local rag ... but the young gentleman delivering the hand grenade on the front page of today's (Friday 12th) Herald/Sun clearly has his arm bent at an angle greater than 15 degrees, and is therefore, despite recent alterations to the rule, in contravention to the regulations ensuring a fair delivery.

Any clues as to who the young gentleman might be?

Ordinarily I know who I'd guess it to be but with the new laws it could be 99% of all bowlers of all time...
