I thought I's start up a thread about our match tonight (you know, to sort of get a bit of activity in this forum).

I hope its a good match with the Cats winning. Cant wait for the match reports!

GO CATTERS!

Hope your right about a win. Carey, Mckernan and Rocka are going to be hard to match up although the first two are obviuosly carrying injuries. Steven King will improve after last weeks run and good to see Cameron Mooney back.

Well Cats2001.....so much for your comment earlier in the week about Geelong having the wood over North. What does that make it now? Five in a row to the Roos? :D

Well I must admit, Shinboners, that I am eating humble pie. I was hopeing for some really good footy last night - from both sides - for an entertaining contest. Unfortuanately, only one side played well making it a rather boring night (for Cat supporters anyway!)

All well, there is always next year I guess. But every year I say that...

Don't lose too much heart. I thought Matthew Scarlett did very well for you, Murphy was everywhere, but too many of your players had down games. You guys definitely missed Ronnie Burns.....Geelong never really looked like stringing 3 or 4 quick goals together, but he's the type of player that can really lift your team. The other thing is that you caught us on the rebound from our horrifying thrashing against the Swans....we were always going to come out with the intention of restoring some lost pride.

But as you say, there's always next year! Good luck for the rest of the season.

Cheers! Good luck to you too. I'd rather you get into the eight than Adelaide - and call me crazy - I'd even prefer Collingwood to get in than Adelaide! (They will be proved as the pretenders they are in week one of the finals, if thats the case!!)
