Michael tests before talks
By Kim Hagdorn

FREMANTLE will seek independent medical opinion on injured ruckman Clem
Michael before negotiations start about a new contract.

Michael, 25, has been sidelined for the season with a knee injury. Doubts
linger whether the star big man will recover to play next year.

He had bone-graft surgery late last year to repair damaged ligaments and
tendons in his right knee. It was the first operation of its kind on an
Australian Rules player.

Any news on that yet?

Just to give you some idea Macca, Kim Hagdorn wites for the Tunday Slimes here in perth, and is a close personal friend of Ken Judge, and originally pumped him up for the job, and now barely has a bad word ever criticising the eagles/coaching situation - and that also works in reverse, he was the fool that broke the stroy about Browing leaving, less than 10 days before he resigned for 3 years! lol

In short, he has as much credibility as you. ;)
