If your were born on or after July 1, 1985, are looking for a game of Under 19 footy in a top competition, with a top club, then do I have the team for you!
Fitzroy Reds, playing in Section 3 of the VAFA Under 19 competition are on the lookout for players for season 2005.
The side went through 2004 undefeated, winning the GF by six goals. A great achievement, considering it was only our second year of operation.
With quite a few of the boys graduating into open-age footy next year the opportunity exists for you to join this exciting club as we continue our climb through the grades.
Playing out of historic Brunswick St. Oval, and proudly wearing the colours of Fitzroy, the Reds are a great club to be a part of.
The coaching staff is first-rate, the Senior Coach being awarded Coach of the Year honours in 2003, whilst the Under 19 Coach collected the Under 19 Coach of the Year award in season 2004.
We also field a Reserves team, as well as two Club 18 teams in 2005.
So if you think you fit the bill, visit our web-site at www.fitzroyreds.com.au for some more information on the club.
Alternatively, you can contact the U19 Coach on 0417 544 057.

Fitzroy Reds.. hmm average.. haha just kidding. I watched your GF last year. We played in the section 2 U/19 GF and won by 106 points. Collegians are the biggest up and coming team in the amateurs, you will not have anyone denying that. We are now back in A-grade where we belong.
