Read somewhere that Mackek or Pahoff.. cant remember which one, but they tried to ask a Q and RUMOUR has it Casey somehow drowned him out with the music of the club theme song.
Im picturing Casey with a massive 1980's style gettoblaster over his shoulder :p

I went.
I stood near Macek and his crew.
At the end of the night Clinton asked if there were any more questions. Macek slowly moved from the back of the room and walked slowly to the front , everyone started to get up and walk out. Clinton seen him and they both waved at each other. Macek was only going up to congratulate Casey and his board.
Overall a good night, not much fire work at all.

we were there too last night.
It was exactly like 'droppuntkick23' said - nothing in the Macek thing. He did wonder slowly towards the mic and that, after CC asked if there were any more questions. No one had any and people were already walking out before Macek made it to the mic.
Also, it was a very sedate AGM - last year was more aggro.
Great question from 1 guy to CC - basically stating that now that the board was unified, let's ensure we get no board leaks to a certain female journalist -let me tell you, quite a few people then turned around to look straight at Schwab. Very funny.
Much excitement about Merv Keane being appointed to assist GM and Rob Young (the football sub-cttee). And, fantastic to see Ian Dixon awarded life m/ship.
As usual, in the parading of the new players + the 5 best from last year (and Hartigan as the Rising Star), most cheers were for Richo.
Great video with Wallace just briefly going through each of the new players.

Amazing how we havnt heard nothing from her about the election result.If the alternative got up no doubt she would have had it as a front page the next day.
Go back to the hole you crawled out of Caro and take Schwab with you!

I was standing behind Schwab and Macek, they were like ""shrinking voilets"" when everyone turned around.
As for David C, he is one boring perosn,he reminds of the movie, return of the nurds ! Would play the lead role I would think !
