Hey guys, let me just start off by saying that Taz is my fav player other than my teams players. Heck, i only watch Collwood games just to see him.

What astonishes me though is the extent to which his body has developed and keeps on developing after each pre-season. I remember that he started off as a skinny kid, and he's become a colossus! And as a perfectly straight bloke, it surprises me how much i marvel at his physique ;)

Well, my question (or favour) is if anyone of u diehard Collwood fans know his workout routine, both in the gym and outside (e.g. hours running), and what the bloody hell he eats!?
I even contacted the Collwood footy club through email for this (obviously i got no response :( )

This will really mean a lot to me as ive been hitting the gym constantly and intensely for the past 6 months, and itll be a goal that i can aim for!

Thanx heaps!

Sign up to a gym and ask for the 'beach weights program'.

That'll do you darn well methinks. ;)

he is basicially in the gym 5-6 times a week for around 45-1 hour sessions.....

each session concentrates certain body parts....eg..mon tris and legs....tues back and pecs..etc..

compination of caridio and weights......

he also takes numerous substances to enhance his muscle growth

Big triceps and biceps are what makes your upper arms look big. I dare say he does every exercise under the sun to get them that size.

He's aerobically very fit and he doesn't seem to lose much muscle given that he does so much running and stuff.

He's no body builder, so it's be achievable legally through a very high protein diet with supplementary shakes, creatine, L-Glutamine supplenets, L-Carnitine etc.. Costs quite a bit of money, takes even more time in the gym and takes more than two weeks of training (after which us plebs lose interest).

Pay me $300K per year to work on my body, and I'd look pretty fit too!!

You have answered your own question. Remember he is a professional athlete with the best medical staff behind him.

Overall you can take these medications and high perfomance substances but in reallity it has taken Chris at least ten years of constant gym work to get to that size. Thats 52 weeks a year, theere is no let off. Plus what woks for him will not work for you. Each person has different body types and different ways that your body reacts to everything.

Anyway besides that, you should consider switching over to the pies. We have a great group of supporters that I think you will fit in to.

THE PINK MAGPIES.

Call the club, they'll help you out.

Notice how he is also starting to develop a classic full forwards chin.

a la Richo, Rocca, Fevola, Gehrig, Lockett, wacko Jacko, Ablett, Dunstall, Hudson and Wade.

Time for Tarrant to lay off the beach weights and start kicking practice.
