in the long run none of those will earn over 10 test caps

the best batsman for australia's future is yet to play first class IMO

Define 'young'.

Some of those guys are older than Clarke and Watson.

In that case, Michael Clarke gets my vote. ;)

I rate Cosgrove pretty highly. I've seen him make a few decent scores. Not only has a vast array of shots, but can pinch hit and bat smart.

Yeah if only he could slim down to a block of flats he might play for Australia.

Ease up there, big fella. Look at the best players in the world. All of them have huge arses.

from the way your commenting on our young batsman it sounds like we will be extremely sh*t in 5-10 years

If we keep the NSW selection policy then we will be. Out of them, I dont think one of them is the best young batsman yet to play International Cricket, if they are the best we have then we are in trouble, some good batsman there but none that look like the Next Hayden or Ponting or Waugh who will become superstars of World Cricket

He gets slagged a bit on this board but I reckon Cam White at 21/22yo should be on that list.
