I'll pop in for an hour or so. It's only about a 10 min drive for me and I hope all Eastern Suburbs supporters make the effort to go.

I wasnt going to go to this, but my friend talked me into it :p , was a pretty good morning with a lot more people there than i thought would be there which was great. After the training session rocket got all the supporters around him so he could speak to us and answer any of our questions that we might have had, then after the questions had been answered he told the boys to mingle with the supporters, we were aloud to ask then anything and even critise then if we wanted to(well rocket said we could hehe).
Gilbs harro and morgan were doing boxing jesse wells came over and did some work there as well. Skip looks a lot bigger, was great to see dale morris there(been watching him at werribee for the last few years and good to see him get the chance),birssyboy looking good of course, bobby telling cam faulkner and matty boyd to work faster when they were in there little groups towards the end, all of them look really fit and ready for the season to begin. Oh and i just gotta say rowan nayna is a very good looking guy :D .
After listening to and speaking to rocket he is going to be a fantastic coach for our boys, but we already knew that.

I'll say! Met a family (Carlton/Hawthorn supporters) who came to the Membership Drive as they know Rowan personally and want to follow his career. It was a very pleasant morning. Lots of kids there too which is good - the next generation of supporters. Yep - the squad looks fit and healthy and ready for the season to start :)

It was a good session and I enjoyed having a look at the new players. Had a good talk to a few of them and the membership area looked fairly busy.

I guess someone forgot to put the 1 in front of the 2.

I got there at 1pm and I expected the players to be gone but I did expect to still be able to buy my membership.

Oh well. It was a nice drive and I hadn't been to Jells Park for years.

i made it down there and got my membership and funky hat which looks like a tea cosy on me. Must of been styled on someone with a very long and pointy head.
Missed the training (damn) but they were all still down there. Looking bronzed and buffed to the max. Skipper looks pretty ripped, and grant still in pretty good nick. Big will looks like he's growing an afro.
Was good to see eade there mingling with fans. He's certainly a breath of fresh air. Helps being able to string more than a few words together too.
I can really see us accomplishing something this year.

It was onluy a short session, they were finished by 10.20am i think.
My friend and i asked big will about the hair, he said hes growing long enough to get it into a ponytail then hes going to get it cut, he also said its easier to "pick up chick", and "no girls come up and talk to me with short hair" :D .
Rocket was great, got all the players to mingle with the fans as well with was good, usually they stand back, he also said he was suprised at how many young supporters the doggies have.
