Nope not yet, will know in march, from looking at a team pic for this year(not out yet) theres johnno and darc with rocket in between, doesnt the captain usually sit near the coach? So with that thinking id say either johnno or darc(id love it to be bob murph though).

Darcy, Johnson or West seem to me to be the best candidates.
All three would be terrific selections.
I'm not sold on Murphy getting the top job.
darcy would be the one id choose...... or west with a good chance. IMO

I dont think anyone here would have too much of a problem if Darcy was named as captain. We really have three excellent candidates imo.

No, but I am considering a handsome offer from Eade.
Can't say much for now, but if you recall the non-playing captains of Davis Cup sides you're on the right track.

Wouldn't this be a conflict of interest with your 'after the game' MC work at the players/supporters functions for interstate games ?

The beauty of having a non-playing captain is that there is so much more time for promotional activities like these, chatting up Mrs Boyd and doing the post-match press conferences when Eade is too angry to speak.
Who wants to waste time cooling down, getting massaged and having pesky injuries attended to?

I'm guessing a cross between Damir Dockic and the Poo's dad.
Who is Mrs Boyd just out of interest?
Sorry if its a dumb question.

Sorry if its a dumb question. I'll let the 'Sydney desperados' tell you more about that but I think if you made an educated guess, you would be correct.
There's a show on TV called the Footballers mives, Rotter might star in an Australian version of the Footballers mums. He'd do no good mind you but it would be entertaining.
If you play the Bulldog theme song backwards, you'll find that Mrs Boyd is the walrus.

Close, but I'd also blend in Nikita Kruschev and Kim Il-Jong, a good uniform, a riding crop and a monocle.
