Rather if any Saints fans are interested theres always a few of us Hawks at the Cricketers before a game.
Westy is already indicated he is coming along (presumably with you Sainter?) and if any other Saints fans would care to meet up (STL, Savatage etc) would be great to meet you as well.
As the BoxHill blokes are playing an Elimination Final at Port Oval in the afternoon id imagine that there could be a few Hawks at the Cricketers from around 5:30 onwards.
So hope to see you there!

Hey Grendel- thanks for the invite.
I would love to come, but unfortunately I have TWO party's to celebrate on Saturday. The temptation of a party with hot chicks may take the better of me on this occasion :)
I certainly hope the offer is extended to us next time, it would be good to meet some fellow big footy posters.

I'll be at the VFL match on Saturday as well. It should be a good game even though I think Springvale have just been plodding along unconvincingly for most of the season. And 10:15 pm Saturday night will be a momentus occassion, the suffering for another season will be OVER! :D
Anyway, if I don't catch up with you all at the VFL I'll get across to the Cricketers as well.

grendel would have loved to have a drink with you lot at the cricketers but had already organised to get a bite to eat before the game. need something in the comic cuts to soak up the massive amount of booze i'll be drinking to celebrate the saints big win.
that photo can hardly be compared to a room full of monet's best works, not that i'm in any position to criticise. :D

Well guys, if any of you Saints fans cant make the Cricketers, many of the Hawks crew will be at the Port Oval from middayish today so if your getting along to that, please come by and say hello.
For those of you that do make it, looking forward to meeting you all.
Lastly the ones who are piking it, :p well you dont know what your missing!! ;) (and hopefully we can rectify that next game played between us). :)
Btw, did i mention just how good looking that big bloke in the photo is? (Its why i hid in the background, didnt want to spoil his 'glow')!! :eek:

I'll be there straight after the Werribee V Murray Roos VFL match, Grendel! ... depends on the trains and that, but I should be there about 6..... GO SAINTS!! :D
