Was Chris Burton involved? Jack Aziz? Saadi Ghazi and Danny Delre (who were listed by the Doggies two years later). Barry Round? I guessing here, if you hadn't noticed!

I bet you only remember Chops because he kicked seven on Keith Grieg at Arden Sreet in '84.

Great game the first and last time I saw the dogs win at Arden Street.

No... it's because he's one of the few footballers in recent history who's fatter than me. :D

Hmmm... with the Doggies' penchant for drafting fat hacks from other clubs (Cook, Jakovich, Bartlett, and I reckon you'll look at Cummings for 2002), what say we can't strike up a deal for David Calthorpe? :)

I have it on good authority that KFC in Barkly Street, Footscray is actually considering extending its trading hours and widening the drive-thru lane to accomodate for a certain soon-to-be-ex-Roos player and his 500 pieces-a-day habit. Not hot and spicy I hope... I have a friend who lives around the corner!

PS - So I gather it wasn't Ian Rickman, then!

NO NO NO not Cummings. Surely not. Havent we had our fingers burnt by useless, fat b@stards from other clubs?

I like the idea of Tarrant myself.

And Darky that KFC is my local one. They reckon there is no way they could cope with David Calthorpe.

Oh right.

I think that I have worked it out.

His VFA was Camberwell. He was in the last year of a short but stellar playing career at the club.

Good question.
