I can't find a thing about the Regional Challenge series on the AFL website.

A genuine practice game played interstate without TV coverage. A few key players injured. Perfect opportunity to experiment - what would you like to see?

For me, I'd like to see Wight & Walsh given a go, and Bowden given a serious job either in defence or as the leading FF. Would like see Williams on again, maybe even give Wells a taste. Minson more time in the ruck for experience. Presume Bard Murphy will get a run, and perhpas Griffin & Rayon for longer.

For me:
I'd like to see Rawlings at FF and Grant at CHF.
Harris to continue as the FB and Bowden to play CHB which settles down our KP.
Street to come into the team and share the ruckwork with Minson. Darcy to play as a FP.
Walsh, Williams and Griffen to stay in the squad and bring in Brad Murphy to start as a HFF. I'd really put the acid test on him.
Ray to start as a FP crumbing player.
Johnson will be out and West should be rested so that Eagleon can move into the centre.
Koops needs to play across HB if possible. Smith comes back into the team.

Thats just for starters.

OS, I see that Bandy & Skipper are not part of your suggestions

Probably need to gain some form with the Bees rather than spending some limited minutes with the senior team.
Skipper just hasn't played enough footy at the moment.

Fri night at subi. I say play the young guys, let the senior guys play for werribee in springvale so they dont have to travel, will give the younger guys experience as well.

With our injury list we have no choice but to give the younger players a go. It will be interesting to see how they go, where they play etc. I hope the Dockers go in at close to full strength. This will provide the younger players great experience.

Heard on radio last night coming from from work that its at Subiaco on Friday night at 3:45 (Perth time) ...

Sounds a strange time so I'd like to get that confirmed.

Cheers - Pete

eade mentioned in the age this morning that it will be a pretty inexperienced side and he will rest some players, as well as the guys that were injured.
so johno and gilbs etc won't play until round 1
