Sheedy stated this morning that Angus Monfries would definately play Saturday night. Paul Thomas is also a strong chance of making his debut.
I saw Monfries earlier in the year and he dead set looks like he is 15! Be interesting to see how he goes?

Yeah looks very young and there's not much of him. The funny thing is though, that his playing skills and awareness are not nearly as raw as his body, seems to have a lot of poise and class......having said that, hope he doesn't get bulldozed, because he will feel it.

saw him play v the lions in pre season.......he will be fine....... 2 collisions with mal michaels in 5 minutes and got up before mal both times who is probably the man with the biggest legs in the league!

Good luck to Angus! hope he has a good debut! also hope that Thomas makes his debut as well
I think he's a good chance to play a fair chunk of the year myself, despite his size. He's fearless, finds the ball, and uses it well. I think he'll play out of a pocket with occasional on-ball sojourns.
