Well, good luck to Essendon tonight. I hope you guys belt the living daylights out of Richmond and cause them so much psychological damage that they will NEVER want to play finals ever again. ;)
To the Dons fans heading to the game tonight, have a great evening, yell your hearts out for your team. My boys aren't in the finals, and you never know how much you really miss them until you're on the wrong side of 8th spot. So make the most of it, you never know what might happen in the future.
Anyway, best wishes, skin those Tiger bastards.
Cheers Shinners. I'll be cheering til my hearts content. I've been cagey all week...tonight couldn't have come any sooner.

I concur. I hope that Essendon pump Richmond into oblivion. I also hope that Steve Price and USC are blubbering basket cases by the end of the game.

Couldn't give a stuff really, but I'll follow the underdogs. Go the mighty Tigers tonight. However, it's blowing a gale, good luck to Richo and Ottens. I reckon it's easier to take marks in the wet than in the wind. There's nothing worse than when the ball is floating around. My prediction (for what it matters) Essendon by 18 points.

I'm goin for Richmond..cause I'm a richmond-ite and I'd feel a bit traitorish since i love my lil abode in Richmond Land. I love hearin all the *astards who like to park infront of my house!...come home singing...yellow and black...make that slurring :)
I dont want to be a few pickets short of a picket fence if they lose tonite.....I suspect the Old London Hotel..my local (hell its right across the road) will be rockin tonite.....

Now I hope that Carlton or Adelaide (or is it Hawthorn or Sydney.....strange how my knowledge of the finals system just totally disappears once North aren't in it ;) ) can finish the job on the Tigers next week. :D

Inability to beat their team in late 70s/early 80s
Idiot Richmond fans at primary and high school
Nicking Keith Greig's son and screwing up his career.
Nicking Jimmy Krakouer's son and they'll screw up his career.
Bandwagon antics of their fans in '95 ressurecting memories of late 70s/early 80s

Handbag nature of Knights, Campbell, and Daffy, thus shaming the memory of true Tiger champions like Bourke, Jess, Lee, and Weightman. (er....normally I'd include Richo in that lot, but he's actually playing with heart these days and I can respect that).
And finally...with players like Gasper, Cameron, Ottens, Gale and co....add to that Tigers fans like TigerTank, CJH, Tiger of Old, Richmond Fan #1....it just makes it harder to maintain the hatred because I respect these people...and so, I hate 'em for that too. :D
