Yesterday's results:

Eastlake 11.9 (75)
Ainslie 10.12 (72)

Wagga Tigers 10.13 (73)
Tuggeranong 11.12 (78)

Today's games are:
Belconnen vs Weston Creek
Queanbeyan vs Sydney reserves

Interesting to see if Queanbeyan will be able to stop the Swans reserves today, wins for them and Belconnen would see a three-way tie at the top while Ainslie, Tuggeranong and Eastlake are all 2-2.

How is Paul Grayling going?

Was an extremely good player in the EFL down here.

Did you watch it yesterday dude? It was well the worst game of ACTAFL i have seen in many a year. Who is coaching down at Creek this year? And how many of the players are in their first year out of interest?

I was there and I don't believ it was that bad, some pretty amazing goals were kicked with Banana's, down the Manuka City end and that first goal of the game from Damo Millar of Weston Creek was a beauty, the skill level was a bit average although it certainly wasn't the worst game I have seen. The biggest problem was that WC doesn't have a following, the only people there were relatives or reverves and 18s players, so there was no atmosphere in the game, you guys kicked heaps of goals in the 3rd term to seal the match after we got within 14pts of you after the long break, by the last term the stin had well and truly gone out of the game so it didn't really reach any great heights.

To answer your other questions, Michael "Dusty" Millar is coaching the creek, he is in his 1st year of the job, he previously was the assistant coach of eastlake.

we had 2 U18's playing yesterday in Dave Nolen and Jake Gumley, jake will be a star and is in the RAMS team for next week. Other than that we only had a couple of first year players at the club, just to name a couple.
John Taylor
Damien Millar
Aaron Ryan

we will only improve and Dusty is really getting the troops into action.

I hope he drills a game plan into them. They didn't lack the skills - just the focus and direction. They chipped it around and backwards and all over the shop. Good to get some game time into the young blokes though - it's the only way they'll learn and improve. I'd love to see your lot making improving - at least be better than Tuggeranong. Love to see the articles in the Canberra Times from that biased smarmy ring raider Scott Walsh then!

How's Stephen White going for the Tigers? He's an ex Sturt boy and wondering how he's going?

Cheers for the updates too.

Yeah Dave got the call up a few minutes before the 18s game, Michael Altus pulled out with injury and then played reserves, make some brass out of that one!

I played 18s for weston on the weekend, I played S**t***se but at least we won.
